featherleaf asked: Hey there, I'm 16 and I'm going to France In a few weeks. I'm really hoping to get my nipple and my nose pierced whilst over there. (don't judge me please, I am informed of the risks and such) I was just wondering if me getting these piercings is legal, whether I will need a parent with me and if you know any places in Paris to get it done? I would really appreciate a reply. xx
